I have hosted two different talk shows on KIRN which is a very popular Iranian radio station. Currently I am hosting a talk show 4 days a week. I was a news anchor and a game show host on two different Iranian TV channels for two years and I have been invited to Iranian gatherings and events numerous times to read Persian poetry.
Sudi Burnett was born and raised in Tehran, Iran. She left her home country as a teenager, under the revolution and moved to Canada. After four years of working full time, putting herself through collage to earn herself a degree in sport and medicine. She then moved to Los Angeles where she felt at home for the first time in her life. In 2000 she started her own International TV show. This has led to many world wide workshops.
Maggie Parto comes from a multinational family where the study of languages and culture is cherished. Growing up in Chicago, she fell in love with the performing arts after seeing Andrew Lloyd Webber's "Aspects of Love". Her extensive travels across Europe, the Middle East, and North Africa have been instrumental in shaping and defining her expertise in the Performing Arts. Maggie eventually settled in Southern California where she studied Theater & Film at the University of California, Irvine and South Coast Repertory Theater. She also trained at the original house of Meisner and completed the program in Los Angeles. She has been part of many theater productions as well as short and Indy feature films. These days she is busy making movies. Speed Date Inn is the most recent short film production, and several other feature films are on the horizon.
Vida Ghaffari is best known for her appearances on the television comedies, The Mindy Project formerly on FOX, Mind of Mencia on Comedy Central, and Jimmy Kimmel Live on ABC. She will soon be shooting roles in highly regarded filmmaker Gregory Hatanaka's Darling Nikki alongside James Duval, Kristine DeBell and Mel Novak as well as two of noted filmmaker Thomas J. Churchill's much anticipated projects. She recently made her animation voiceover debut alongside Fred Willard, Lisa Kudrow, and Janeane Garofalo in Lovesick Fool, a film festival darling created by Emmy nominated director and animator Dominic Polcino (The Simpsons, Family Guy, King of the Hill).
Vaneh Assadourian is a Los Angeles-based Actor and Director born and raised in Tehran, Iran. Vaneh moved to the United States in 2007 and received her BA from UCLA’s School of Theater, Film and Television in Acting and Directing. Some of her theater credits include work with The Skylight Theatre Company, the LATC, Theatricum Botanicum, and The Geffen Playhouse in association with UCLA.
