Deepti Gupta has an international career spread across India, Singapore, Pakistan and the United States. As an actress she has earned praise by The New York Times for her performance in her latest film Walkaway, and has thousands of fans around the world. She earned her MFA in Acting from University of Texas at Austin and an MA in Theatre Studies from National University of Singapore. Besides working as an actress, she does voiceovers, consults for corporate firms and banks in their diversity training programs and aspires to be an educator through her one-woman show, Bodylogue.
Sharmila Devar is an American actress of Indian descent, born and raised in the Midwest. She majored in Economics at The University of Chicago, but thanks to the Common Core, was able to satisfy her immense curiosity by studying a slew of fascinating topics such as Victorian Feminist Literature, Greek Philosophy & Tragedy, and Latin American Civilization. A classically trained actress and aspiring writer, Sharmila has worked extensively in regional theaters throughout the US, on commercials, and in film/television, including three seasons as Lauren Wellman on ABC’s SCANDAL.
Soneela Nankani is a classically trained Brooklyn-based actress. She has performed at many prestigious theaters including Classic Stage Company, The Oregon Shakespeare Festival, Kansas City Repertory Theater and Tectonic Theater Project. She is also an ensemble member of the award-winning Sojourn Theatre (featured in American Theater magazine). In addition, Soneela has worked on-camera in film and television, has done voiceovers for television and commercials and has narrated many audio books. Favorite projects include: The Mysteries of Laura, Royal Caribbean commercial (on-camera) and voiceover work for PBS. Soneela holds an MFA in Acting from Columbia University.
Chriselle Almeida was born and raised in Mumbai, India and moved to New York at the age of 14. She has a BFA in Acting from The University of Connecticut and an MFA in Acting from UCLA. Her career highlights include playing Lakshmi on The Big Bang Theory and working across Geena Davis on Grey's Anatomy.
