Frankie was born and raised in Hoboken, NJ to Cuban immigrant parents. She spent her childhood studying dance, everything from ballet to flamenco, and began acting at age 9, getting involved in theatre and commercials in both English and Spanish. Some of her favorite theatrical experiences have included the lead in “Antigone”, Neil Labute’s “Medea Redux”, and helping take various shows from workshop to stage. Angela Rysk is tough, raw, and accessible with a healthy amount of sarcasm. She has also been described as snarky and fun... by her ex boyfriend. A second generation valley girl, she left L.A. at 18 years old to study acting in Ashland, OR, because that made sense. Armed with a B.F.A in Theatre and tens of thousands of dollars in debt, she found her way back to California. She spends her free time doing yoga and recording voice overs and angsty teenage fantasy novels in her closet.
