Freda Foh Shen is an Asian American theatre, film and television actress. In 2005 Foh Shen starred in the feature film Red Doors, and prior to that she had appeared in movies like The Ladykillers, Planet of the Apes, Crossing Delancey, and Basic Instinct. As of 2007 she has had recurring roles in three television series: as Mrs. Lee on Gideon's Crossing, as Dr. Chao on Everwood and as Dr. Yolanda Perrin on Close to Home. She is also a voice actress and have provided the voice to Fa Li in Mulan and Mulan II, Adm. Yvonne first fell in love with storytelling when she was elected by her elementary librarian to be the classroom reader, and her passion for reading and storytelling has kept her in endless mischief ever since. She is trained in character development, stage acting, and commercial voiceover, and currently works as a part time voice artist from her home studio in Los Angeles. Helen Cricco studied at the Neighborhood Playhouse and Stella Adler in New York City before landing roles in film in television, including HBO’s Flight of the Conchords and a web series from NBC’s iVillage. She has also performed on stage across the country, most recently in Paper Angels in San Francisco as well as in the Snubfest Comedy Festival in Chicago, for which her improv troupe took home first place. Helen is now using her talents to narrate audio books and cites her daughter as her inspiration.
