Katja Gerz is a German-American Actress. She was born in Hamburg, Germany and was raised in Germany as well as the US. Katja received her BFA in acting at the European Theater Institute (ETI) and then her MFA in acting at the Film University of Berlin. Throughout her studies she worked on many different theater projects and TV shows. Her debut feature film was Must Love Death by Andy Schaap. She has 7 years of voice training and has done voiceover work in english as well as in german. She moved to New York 2011 and has been working in the states ever since. Her last work in New York was Law and Order (SVU). Katja now lives in Los Angeles, where she just finished playing Luise Maske in the production of The Underpants from Steve Martin at the Morgan-Wixon Theater in Santa Monica.
