All my life I has been in the performing arts—as a performer, and teaching artist after growing up in an arts-in-life environment (more about that at the end if you wish). Part of what makes me a good audiobook narrator is that I am also a stage director, specializing in Shakespeare, opera, and farce—all of which have large passions and subtle intentions, in service to plots about basic human nature (just like romances and mysteries!). I have also continued to take performance workshop intensives every year. These include Improv with Alan Arkin; Advanced Meisner, Shakespeare and Performance with NY Film & Stage; VO with Shelly Shenoy; playwriting with Kenny Finkle; and trapeze with Peter Gold.
