Bradley got his start reading aloud at the age of 10 when Principal Andrews would ask him to read morning announcements over the P.A. every Friday. A New York transplant, actor-educated in Chicago, and raised in suburban Texas, he’s done time as an actor, a magician, a pizza chef, a bartender, a tech consultant, a talent manager, and a writer/producer in the marketing and advertising space for the last decade. His vocal qualities cover calm, confident, and deadly all the way through instructional, relatable, and expertly informed.
Brett has narrated close to 150 books, many of those from his home studio in New York’s Catskill Mountains. He has also voiced commercials, promos and documentaries, and he’s the host of public radio’s Sound Beat. He once narrated 30 books in 13 weeks while enrolled full-time in Syracuse University’s graduate school. This is not a recommended combination.
