Peter moved from the UK to Santa Monica last year after over 30 years working as a voice-over artist as well as an actor in film, TV and theater in the UK. James Gillies trained as an actor in the 1970s but spent much of the next decade teaching theatre and drama. He was subsequently recruited by the BBC, and for nearly a quarter of a century he broadcast for them daily on television and radio. In 2013, he returned to the commercial sector, built his first studio and began voicing TV ads, promos and games for clients all around the globe. He recorded his first audiobook in 2014.
